Client 1 - Before
This client started with Amanda Gary Fitness at the end of July 21'.
Beginning weight for this client was 158 lbs, with no prior fitness or active lifestyle. This client's initial goal was to lose weight, and become "lean", but she struggled with eating properly and not drinking water at all.

Client 1 - After
We worked together on proper nutrition, and slowly worked through her Integrated Fitness Model and learned the basics of cardiovascular and muscular strength training. A few short weeks later, she was hooked with her abs transformation and her glute gains!

Client 2 - Before
Client #2 began Amanda Gary Fitness in the Fall of 21'. Client #2 began with the goal of losing weight, but was new to the fitness industry. Client #2's initial assessment was that she had a slightly raised blood pressure and was considered overweight for her height, age, and weight.

Client 2 - After
We tightened up Client #2's core, and increased her muscle size. Now in 22', Client #2 graduated from my in-person training sessions and began her own journey in the gym and at home. Client #2 still partakes in my fitness challenges and often comes to workout when I have availability.

Client 3 - Before
Client #3 began with Amanda Gary Fitness in the Fall of 21', with a goal of losing weight. Client #3 was unsure of herself in the gym and wanted to really make a change this time so she decided to join my program.

Client 3 - After
Soon her journey corrected her BP back to normal all by changing her lifestyle into a more active-healthier one. This is Client #3's second assessment in my program, and the start of our "30 day shred Challenge". Client # 3 has lost a lot of weight around her midsection, and toned her upper body.

Client 4- Before
Client #4 joined Amanda Gary Fitness in Fall 21', where she began about her journey two month postpartum after being pregnant for almost 2 years straight. Client #4 was not confident with working out in the gym, but decided to make the change and joined my program.

Client 4 - After
As you can see, her torso and pelvic area was still healing from her pregnancies. Client #4 was able to quickly advance through the Integrated Fitness Model. We have significantly recovered her torso and pelvic floor, while increasing her muscle sizes and toning her entire body.

Client 5 (Me) - Before
Who would I be if I didn't speak to my own program? These photographs are my more recent before and after's. I was very bloated at the beginning of this challenge and I definitely needed to heal my gut and get ready for "Cutting" season.

Client 5 (Me) - After
This first photograph is the day I started my "30 Day Cut Challenge" with my clients. We cut out junk food, sweets, alcohol, and increased our water to at least 2 Liters, and worked out a minimum of 20 mins. a day. Here is my mid point check in photograph (15 days). Can you spot the difference???
